Principle of Precision Epoxy resin MF52 Bead Thermistor

Epoxy resin sealed temperature measuring type (MF52) thermistors were tested in two groups for stability.
The first group of components performs high-precision measurement of short-term reproducibility within a week.
The second group of components examined their drift in resistance values at room temperature for up to five or four months.
The measurement results show that its short-term and long-term stability can be compared with similar foreign products, which is enough to be used as a precision temperature sensing element in the medium temperature range. The first group of 16 thermistors tested were all produced by Beijing Glass Institute. The test was performed at the Thermal Engineering Department of the National Metrology Institute.

Precautions:
1) As the MF5A series of small size,Solder joints small,Lead at both ends can not withstand excessive tension.
2) When welding,Please at least 5mm from the root of the lead wire welding,Welding time should be as short as possible.
