NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistor
I. Ordinary NTC Thermistor
Ordinary NTC thermistors are suitable for temperature compensation of AC and DC electronic equipment, as well as for measurement and temperature control.

2. MF52 type bead NTC thermistor
The MF52 bead thermistor has the characteristics of small size, high precision, fast response time and good stability. It is suitable for electronic thermometers, temperature compensation circuits and temperature sensors. Its shape is shown in the figure, the main characteristic parameters are shown in the table below.
3. MF54 high precision NTC thermistor
The MF54 high-precision NTC thermistor is fabricated using a ceramic process and a semiconductor process. For both ends of the axial lead wire glass package structure, as shown. The product has the characteristics of high resistance precision, small volume, good stability, high reliability, fast response and high sensitivity. It is especially suitable for household appliances and automation equipment for temperature control and temperature detection. It can also be used for temperature compensation of instrument coils, integrated circuits, quartz crystal oscillators and thermocouples. The main characteristic parameters are shown in the table below.
4. Hot NTC Thermistor
The heating type NTC thermistor has a heating element inside, and the resistance value of the resistor body is changed by heating current, and the resistor body and the heating element are packaged in a highly vacuum glass bulb. The hot NTC thermistor is mainly used as an automatic adjustment component or a non-contact variable resistor in long-distance communication lines and other automatic adjustment systems.
