NTC Temperature Sensor Probe and Wiring Harness
Sensor Probe and Wiring Harness Overview
NTCRP Series Radial Leads for Glass Sealed Probes
The NTCRP series temperature sensor adopts PPS resin shell and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (up to 200℃), small size and high precision. Compared with thermocouple temperature sensors, the NTCRP series uses small-sized and high-quality NTC thermistor elements, which are suitable for temperature detection of automotive drive motors and industrial servo motors. The rugged and durable PPS shell gives the product high reliability, allowing it to operate normally even under high-temperature oil or conditions with frequent vibrations.
YAXUN launches pipe-clamp NTC sensor probe and wiring harness suitable for electric vehicle heat pump applications
YAXUN NTC Sensor launches the new B58101A0109A* (HP100) series of heat pump sensors. This is an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensor specifically designed to meet the requirements of automotive applications, which indirectly measures the refrigerant temperature within the pipe by measuring the pipe surface temperature. The new components are suitable for harsh service applications and offer a range of features and benefits. For example: pipe clamp design, standard for pipe diameters of 12.8 mm; operating temperature range from -40 °C to +150 °C; water immersion and waterproof time up to 500 hours; response time less than 7 seconds. AEC-Q200 compliant with dielectric strength up to 1250 V AC/10 seconds (an important standard for electric vehicle applications); low temperature tolerance of ±0.3 K at a nominal temperature of 85 °C ensuring high control accuracy.
Rugged temperature sensor for electric vehicle applications
YAXUN launches the new B58703M1103A* temperature sensor for the stringent application requirements of electric vehicles. The new NTC sensor meets the extremely high long-term stability requirements of electric vehicle applications and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C, with short-term tolerance to temperatures up to 200°C. Under normal temperature conditions of 25°C, its rated resistance is 10kΩ, the B25/100 value is 3625 K, and the tolerance is only ±1%.
Sensor Probes and Harness Applications and Examples
Metaverse is expected to mobilize users’ five senses
The technology that enables Metaverse experiences must use a greater variety and greater number of sensors based on virtual reality technology. YAXUN offers the industry's broadest portfolio of sensor probes and harnesses, extensive software expertise, and expertise in sensor fusion technology to meet the needs of these applications.

[How the transition to electrification and autonomous driving is expanding the role of sensor technology in vehicle design]
The pattern of automobile production is quietly changing. The number of electronic devices and sensors used in modern car designs has grown exponentially in recent years. And as the automotive industry continues to transform toward electric vehicles and autonomous driving, this trend will expand further. The core technology of electric vehicles expands the application fields of sensors. In addition, internal combustion engine vehicle gas sensors have shifted from exhaust gas monitoring to internal air quality (IAQ) measurement.
Sensor applications in drones
YAXUN can provide a complete set of sensors for all types of drones, ranging from consumer/quasi-professional models to industrial drones. In just a few years, drones have quickly entered one application and become an indispensable tool, including agriculture, real estate, and film photography. Despite their impressive results, drones still have unlimited potential, as they can be used for almost any variety of purposes, including deliveries, inspections, search and rescue, surveillance and mapping, and more.
The basis for the success of drones is sensor technology, which relies on different sensors to achieve two main purposes. The first is to realize its own functions, especially flight and navigation. Next are auxiliary functions, such as cameras for vision, motion detectors for sensing activity, thermal sensors for detecting temperature, etc.
