two. Test Conditions
Constant current source: 100μA (accuracy ±0.5%)
Standard temperature field: fluctuation ≤±0.1°C; uniformity: ≤±0.1°C (vertical); ≤±0.05°C (horizontal)
Test instrument: 41/2 or 51/2 digital voltmeter
Temperature standard: secondary standard mercury thermometer
Third, the sensor temperature-voltage characteristic curve
Note: As for the power supply mode when the sensor is used, the power supply can be constant current or constant voltage. For constant voltage power supply, just connect a load resistor between the power supply and the sensor. The resistance value can be selected according to the supply voltage and the reference voltage value of the sensor, so that the current at 0 ° C is 100 μA. Example: If Vs=5V, then R=43K; if Vs=1.2V, then R=5.1K.
