The main body material is semiconductor silicon single crystal, also known as silicon thermistor;
The resistance value rises linearly with the increase of temperature, also known as linear positive temperature coefficient thermistor;

Maximum working current: Iopr=1.0mA;
Stability: annual rate of change ≤0.01℃/year;
Temperature coefficient: α ≥0.7%/℃;
Rated power: 10mW;
Operating temperature range: -50~+175℃;
