KTY series of monocrystalline silicon temperature sensor is the latest international temperature sensor. he can be -55 ℃ to 300 ℃ range of temperature measurement, such as air conditioning, oven and so on. Especially in the servo motor has been widely used.

KTY8 series features
1. KTY linear thermistor glass package series products are axial lead glass package type
2. The host matrix material is a semiconductor silicon single crystal, also known as Silicon PTC Thermistors
3. The resistance value increases linearly with increasing temperature, also known as a linear positive temperature coefficient thermistor or LPTC thermistor
4. Dissipation coefficient: 2.5 ~ 5mW / ℃
5. Maximum working current: Iopr = 1.0mA
6. Stability: annual change rate ≤0.01 ℃ / year
