Manufacturing method of single-ended glass-sealed thermistor
Single-ended glass-sealed thermistor is a radial thermistor, which mainly includes four parts: glass head, thermistor chip, electrode and lead.
Thermistor refers to a resistance element that is sensitive to temperature, which exhibits different resistance values at different temperatures, and is then used as a common component of temperature sensors. According to the different setting methods of the leads, the resistance can be divided into axial lead thermistor and radial lead thermistor, and there are also leadless chip resistors.
The existing single-ended glass-sealed thermistor glass head is olive-shaped. When preparing thin-film encapsulated thermistors, the olive-shaped glass head is likely to cause the thin-film encapsulation not to be tight, and it is easy to produce bubbles and wrinkles;
The olive-shaped glass head is slow in heat conduction, and the accuracy of the measurement data is affected.
The glass bead ntc thermistor sensor is a radial-lead, glass-encapsulated NTC thermistor. The high temperature and stability, the measurement temperature range up to 300 ℃, is often used in the processing and manufacturing of temperature sensors.
