What is a compression spring fixed thermocouple?
WRET-01 type compression spring fixed nickel-chromium-constantan (E type) thermocouple. The end of the thermocouple is closely attached to the surface of the object to be measured through a compression spring to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. It can be used in conjunction with display instruments to directly measure the temperature within the range of 0-400℃. The thermocouple has a flexible extension wire, which can be bent freely, has the characteristics of short thermal response time and convenient use. It is suitable for plastic extruder, light textile, food and other industries.

The structure principle of WRET-01 compression spring fixed thermocouple
The structure of WRET-01 thermocouple is shown in the figure above: it is composed of protective tube, mounting bolt, locking sleeve, spring and thermocouple wire.
The working principle of WRET-01 thermocouple: The indexing characteristics and allowable deviation, the temperature compensation of the reference junction (cold junction), and the connection method with the display measuring instrument are the same as those of general thermocouples.
Installation method of WRET-01 compression spring fixed thermocouple
The installation method of WRET-01 compression spring fixed thermocouple is shown in the figure above. Fix it on the object to be measured, first tighten the connecting bolt on the object to be measured, and then close the thermocouple to the object to be measured, tighten the screw of the ferrule, and then tighten the ferrule.
